Says the man who's collecting certificates!

Not really - it's a mix of what you'd have already picked up in JGSI and Schwinn, except at the basic level (i.e., not going into HR in detail, no LT, FTP, etc.). A good basic cert, with Schwinn/JGSI being the next step up (IMHO)

It's not about the certificates, it's trying to meet all of the recertification requirements.

I'm not but I just have to rant about their bikes!!!! They are not holding up and we had one guy who managed to shear off the pin for the seat height-yesterday. On any given day we have 2-3 bikes down. They keep getting fixed and they keep breaking. I've had my Scwhinn for 8 years-ridden it daily sometimes twice and it's in better working order.
