Default Cuboid (foot) pain

Hi,

My second recurrence of cuboid subluxation/peroneal cuboid syndrome in 2 years. Will spare the details for now, essentially involves lateral foot pain when this little bone slips out of place. Anyone else have this? Just trying to see if anyone has suggestions for recovery and cross training. Thanks!
