Keep it simple and work your coaching.

The more variations, the more changes, the more movements you do are pereaps a way to keep your riders but it is also the best way to hurt people, to lose people and as Funhog said to in reallity not be effective in a power way.
Your cardio stystem are gonna be stress not because of the intensity but because it have to adapt too much.

In front of me is on TV another magic way of training ... the magic is to go at your level, respect the recovery because it is during them that you recover, step by step you will progress so every training have to be a little individual.

How many teach Spinning and are just nowhere outdoor !
If there are nowhere outdoor pereaps what they do inside is nothing on a power level. So save your heart and start to work your muscles.

So to repeat what I said ...

Keep it simple and work your coaching !
